PASTE PROPERTIES

Increased resistance to swelling and gelatinization
Reduction of the choosive, rubbery, elastic characteristic of Pastes
Higher tens tile strength
CFG77 is heat resistant, chemical resistant and shearing resistant.

As a thickener in bakery custard, pie fillings, fruit fillings, cream toppings and bakery creams
CFG77 is also recommended for other important food applications where a thickener with a smooth short texture is desired.
