One of our most meaningful corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives is our support for the Olagadam Health & Wellness Center in Amma Pettai, Erode. We understand that health is a cornerstone of any thriving community, and we are committed to ensuring that local residents have access to the healthcare services they need, especially in underserved areas.

Improving Access to Healthcare

The Olagadam Health & Wellness Center serves as a vital resource for the surrounding communities, including Amma Pettai and Erode. Many rural areas often face significant barriers to healthcare access—be it due to distance, lack of infrastructure, or financial constraints. SPAC Starch Products is proud to contribute to overcoming these challenges by improving the center’s facilities and services.

Through our CSR efforts, we have helped enhance the center’s infrastructure, ensuring that it is better equipped to provide primary healthcare services. This includes upgrading medical equipment, providing essential medicines, and improving the overall environment to make it more accessible and welcoming to the community.

Supporting the Underprivileged

The Olagadam Health & Wellness Center primarily serves the rural population, many of whom face financial constraints in accessing private healthcare services. SPAC Starch Products has been a strong advocate for making healthcare affordable for these residents. Our contributions include funding free medical check-ups, subsidizing the cost of medications, and providing health kits to those in need.

We are also working to set up mobile health units to reach more remote villages in the region, ensuring that no one is left behind when it comes to accessing healthcare services.
